Article I Purpose and basis of formulation
In order to better provide the service for users, the platform needs to collect your information when you log on to the platform, register for the platform and/or use the platform service. In order to prevent the abuse of the collected information, the GIEX platform formulates these rules according to the User Service Agreement of the GIEX Exchange, the App User Service Agreement of the GIEX Exchange and other company regulations, to explicitly specify how to use and protect the collected information.
Article II Appellation and expression
For the convenience of the expression in this Agreement, the platform is referred to as "we" or other first person collectively in this Agreement; the natural persons or other subjects accessing the platform are referred to as "you" or other second person; we and you are collectively referred to as "parties" and we or you are referred to as "party" in this Agreement.
Article III Definition and interpretation
In this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed under the terms of this Agreement, the following words or expressions shall have the following meanings:
(I) Personal information:
It refers to all kinds of information recorded by electronic or other means that can be used to identify a specific natural person or reflect specific natural person's activities independently or in combination with other information, including but not limited to personal sensitive information;
(II) Personal sensitive information:
Including but not limited to ID card number, other ID number used for identification, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, tracking, transaction information, etc.;
(III) Personal information deletion:
It refers to the behavior of removing personal information from the system involved in the realization of daily business functions, so as to keep it in the state of not being retrieved and accessed.
Article IV Scope of application
This Agreement is applicable to all users trading on GIEX Exchange and its App (hereinafter referred to as "platform"). The user shall abide by the laws and regulations on personal information and data protection of the country or region where the user is located, and implement the provisions of this Agreement within the scope of the laws and regulations of the region where the user is located.
Article V Citation
Any code or written statute or administrative regulation referred to in this Agreement shall refer to its latest revision, whether it is made before or after the signing of this Agreement.
Article VI Clause title
The application of the title of any clause in this Agreement is for the sake of convenience and should not be used to interpret the terms of the Agreement. Citation of any statement, clause, annex or form means the statement, clause, annex or form under this Agreement.
Article VII The use of the word “including”
Under this Agreement, unless otherwise required in the Agreement, the use of the word "including" in any case shall have the meaning of "including but not limited to".
Article VIII Consent and authorization of users
The user understands that once they log on to the platform, whether or not they have completed registration on the platform, the login user will indicate to us their acceptance, consent, commitment and confirmation:
(I) The user agrees to disclose personal information to us voluntarily;
(II) The user will comply with all terms and restrictions of this Agreement;
(III) The user agrees and authorizes the platform to collect the user's personal information when the user logs on to the platform, registers for the platform and/or uses the platform services;
(V) The user agrees that our branches, affiliates and employees contact him or her with respect to products and services that he or she may be interested in (unless the user has indicated that he or she does not want to receive such messages).
Article IX Information collected
Article X Provision of information
If the user voluntarily uses the services provided by the platform, the user shall fill in and/or provide the following two types of information in accordance with the requirements of Chapter III of the User Service Agreement of GIEX Exchange and the corresponding provisions of the Rules of Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism :
(I) Identity information:
This kind of information can help the platform to verify whether the user is qualified to register as a platform member, including but not limited to the user's name or designation, residential address, mailing address, different types of certificates issued by the user's country or government to prove the user's identity information and the related certificate numbers, and all other information that can help the platform to verify the user's identity (hereinafter collectively referred to as "identity information");
(II) Service information:
Such information helps the platform to contact users and provide services for you smoothly, including but not limited to your phone number, fax number, valid email address, mailing address and your debit card information and/or other account information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "service information").
Article XI Changes in the way that information is collected
When the user uses this website or the services provided by it, in order to improve the function of the platform, enhance users' experience of using the platform services and their security, or according to the order of the court or the applicable laws and regulations or orders from other government agencies with jurisdiction, the platform will collect more necessary personal information through the mailbox publicized on and dedicated to the platform or other ways that we think are compliant.

Article XIII Installation of cookies
When the user accesses the platform, the platform uses Google stats through cookies to record the performance of the platform and check the effect of online advertising. Cookies are small amounts of data sent to the user's browser and stored on the user's computer hard disk drive. Only when the user enters the platform by using their computer can cookies be sent to user's computer hard disk .
Article XIV Function of cookies
Cookies are often used to record the habits and preferences of visitors when they browse various items on the platform. The data collected by cookies are anonymous collective statistics and do not contain personal data. Cookies cannot be used to obtain data on your hard disk, your email address and your personal data, which enables the platform or service provider system to recognize your browser, and capture and remember information.
Article XV Prohibition of cookies
Most browsers are preset to accept cookies, and the user can choose to set their browsers to not accept cookies, or notify users as soon as cookies are installed. The user should be aware that they may not be able to start or use some functions of the platform if they set the relevant settings to prohibit cookies.
Article XVI Information use
The platform uses information collected by it for the following purposes or in the following ways:
(I) Provide the user with various services of the platform through platform;
(II) When the user uses the platform, the platform can identify and confirm his or her identity;
(III) In order to improve the service quality of the platform (specifically, help the platform improve the service according to the user information and feedback received, and then the platform can respond to your service request and support needs more effectively);
(IV) Statistics on the usage of the platform and data analysis of cooperation of government agencies and public institutions;
(V) Personalized user experience (specifically, user information will help the platform better respond to your personalized needs);
(VI) Transaction processing (specifically, except for the purpose of completing the transaction required by the user, personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or provided to any third party company for any reason without your consent);
(VII) Send e-mail regularly (specifically, the e-mail address provided by the user will be used to receive news from the platform, update, information related to products or services, announcements sent to the user and update of orders related to the user);
(VIII) To satisfy the other purposes set forth in the User Service Agreement of GIEX Exchange and all legal means to satisfy such purposes.
Article XVII Disclosure of information to the third party
The platform will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer personal information to other parties or allow other parties to collect and use information from our platform, but excluding the following other parties and the following information: affiliated parties of the platform, trusted third parties who help the platform operate the platform website, develop business, or provide services to users, as long as these related parties agree to keep these information confidential; when the platform discloses information to the above-mentioned related parties, the disclosure of information by the platform shall be appropriate, in compliance with laws, regulations, rules or the orders from the court or other competent authorities, to implement the platform strategy, is needed to operate the platform normally, and needed for related parties to provide services or to protect the rights, property or safety of the platform or others, and the above disclosure will not be made by the related parties used for marketing, advertising or other non-agreed purposes.
Article XVIII Protection of personal data
The platform implements appropriate physical, electronic, management and technical measures to protect and guarantee the safety of users' personal data. The platform tries its best to ensure that any personal information collected through the platform is free from any nuisance from any third party irrelevant to us. The safety measures taken by the platform include but are not limited to:
(I) Physical measures:
Records containing personal information of users will be stored in a locked place;
(II) Electronic measures:
The computer data containing the user's personal information will be stored in the computer system and storage media subject to strict login restrictions;
(III) Management measures:
Only employees authorized by the platform can access your personal information, and these employees need to abide by the internal rules of confidentiality of personal information of the platform;
(IV) Technical measures:
It is possible to use encryption technology such as Secure Socket Layer Encryption to transmit personal information of users;
(V) Other measures:
The platform network server is protected by "firewall".
Article XIX Notification of loopholes
If the user knows that there are any security vulnerabilities on the platform, please contact the platform through the service email immediately, so that the platform can take appropriate actions to make up and make corrections as soon as possible.
Article XX Exceptions
Despite the implementation of the technical and security measures described in this Agreement, the platform cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission on the Internet, so the platform does not provide any guarantee for the security of personal information provided by users to the platform, and the platform does not assume any liability for compensation for any unauthorized access to personal information of users.
Article XXI Amendment of this Agreement
Article XXII Communication with us
If the user has any requirements and opinions, he or she can contact the platform via email at email@example.com, which is the only effective and official email for the platform to communicate with users. When users fail to contact the platform through the effective contact information, the platform has no obligation to respond and assumes no responsibility.
Article XXIII Publication of announcement
The platform only publishes announcements and information through the effective contact information on the platform or posts announcements on the platform. The platform is not liable for any loss caused by the user trusting the information not obtained through the above methods.
