I The parties concerned
1 GIEX Limited. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") is a company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles in accordance with the relevant laws of the Republic of Seychelles. The company operates the website https://www.giex.com (hereinafter referred to as "the website" or "website"), a platform for the user to conduct digital asset transactions and providing the related services (hereinafter referred to as "the service" or "services"). Institutional users: legal name of the company (including legal name in local language), registration information, business phone number, personal information of authorized representative and authorized user, main business location, personal information of all beneficial owners, identity certificate documents of shareholders/beneficial owners holding 25% or more shares (passport or identity certificate issued by government), company structure, documents relating to of company establishment, resolutions of the board of directors, capital source declaration, risk and compliance control instructions and other information or documents required by the platform.
2.2 Service information. This information helps us to contact you and smoothly provide you with transaction services between digital assets under different modes, including but not limited to your personal identity information, contact information, transaction information as well as your debit card information and/or other account information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "service information"). At the same time, please understand that our services for you are constantly updated and developed. If you choose to use other services that are not covered in the foregoing instructions, we need to collect your additional information based on the services, and we will explain the scope and purpose of information collection to you through page prompt, interaction process, agreement and pop-up prompt, and obtain your consent.
3 Safety management.
